What We Do

We provide fixed scope operations and compliance advisory to schools, nonprofits, and education adjacent organizations. Every engagement follows the same discipline: assess what's actually broken, build the structure, tools, and implementation plan to fix it, then hand off a system your team can run on its own.

HNK Consulting is led by a Principal with direct operational leadership experience inside independent schools and state level education and workforce agencies, spanning finance, HR and benefits, facilities, and regulatory compliance. This is judgment built from sitting inside these institutions, not just advising them from the outside.
